The user of our software and or data agrees that user fully understands all laws pertaining to the sending of emails and texts. User agrees to hold harmless from all legal claims both the provider of this software and the providers of email/text data that are used with software.

Additionally, the software and or data user understands that user should obtain from their sending Internet and/or Email Service Providers the limit of emails are per time period to comply with the users sending Internet and/or Email Service Providers, or you may have your email account suspended or terminated such providers. User understands that there is no 1 on 1 free customer support offered for this software. There are no refunds under any circumstances for the DATA or the Software. The sole obligation is to replace bounced data when such data becomes available. Buyer agrees that if a chargeback is attempted by the buyer that the buyer agrees to pay sellers cost at the rate of $500 an hour to defend seller. Buyer agrees that all legal disputes will take place at the sole discretion of seller.

Buyer understands and agrees that when he/she purchases data credits to obtain data records he/she has the ability at the time of the sale to download 100% of the data that he/she purchased. The fact that seller provides the user with the ability to use their data credits to access data in the future does not mean that if the user uses only a portion of the credits that he/she is in anyway entitled to any portion of the purchase price refunded for non-used data.

Buyer understands and agrees that all software has a free trial period to test the software and therefore the buyer agrees and understands that there is no claims that software were not up to the expectations of buyer. As stated previously the only compensation is to have bounced data replaced with additional data. Buyer understands fully that when making a purchase from the purchase page that he/she is bound by this TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT and that there are no refunds for any reason for products and or services purchased from seller and sellers websites.
